What the program does
The program responds to text inquiries about California probate, wills, living trusts, estate administration and inheritance disputes. An automated intake service can collect basic contact details, understand the reason for your inquiry, answer general service questions and pass a callback request to the firm. A callback request is not a confirmed appointment. Texting does not create an attorney-client relationship, and the automated service does not provide legal advice.
How you choose to participate
Once the program is active, you can initiate an SMS conversation by texting your inquiry to the dedicated CIL SMS number, (213) 714-7997. The main and advertising telephone numbers remain voice contact options; they are not the dedicated sender for this SMS registration. By sending an inquiry, you consent to receive automated conversational replies from California Inheritance Law, operated by Corcoran Smith Law Corp, about that request. The program does not require a BizRnr account or a purchase. The replies identify California Inheritance Law and Corcoran Smith Law.
Your participation is optional. You may call or use the website form without agreeing to SMS. Calling, submitting a form or accepting website analytics does not enroll you in texting. This program does not send unsolicited marketing, account verification codes, payment reminders or unrelated promotions. We do not start a new text conversation solely because a call was missed.
